Open Positions:

Regional Customer Care Technician: Des Moines, IA

 A Customer Care Technician is responsible for maintaining medical equipment within territory of coverage. Duties to include preventative maintenance, service call response, direct customer interaction and installation assistance. This position frequently operates solo, with projects conducted in a team setting, within health care facilities as well construction sites, and will require local travel. Technical abilities and strong communication skills are a must.

We distribute and service equipment used in surgery, central supply, sterile processing, emergency and diagnostic service areas, patient rooms and care areas. From its founding, The Rhino Group strives to be set apart in both quality, service, and customer care. Currently, The Rhino Group, Inc. has a presence in Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri.
